Article 1 Information We Collect
This Service collects the following personal data: (1) name, email, and avatar returned by OAuth providers (e.g., Google); (2) Shopee affiliate linkage information (account ID, selection history); (3) AI video production records; (4) commission details; (5) device information (IP, User-Agent); (6) cookies.
Article 2 Purpose of Collection
(1) to provide the Service's core functions; (2) account management and approval; (3) service notifications and support; (4) abuse prevention; (5) service improvement and internal analytics (using anonymized data only).
Article 3 Retention Period
Personal data is retained for the duration the account remains active, plus 5 years thereafter; where law (e.g., tax regulations) requires a longer retention period, that requirement shall apply. Data for suspended accounts is deleted after 5 years.
Article 4 Data Sharing / Third Parties
(1) NexusCore (compute backend, providing GPU processing); (2) Shopee platform API (to fulfill affiliate commission functions); (3) third-party analytics tools; (4) in response to lawful requests from competent authorities or courts. This Service will never sell personal data to third parties.
Article 5 Your Rights (Personal Data Protection Act, Article 3)
Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to: (1) inquire about or request access to your data; (2) request a copy; (3) request supplementation or correction; (4) request cessation of collection, processing, or use; (5) request deletion. To exercise these rights, please email hello@aiveloflow.com. You may also self-serve account deletion from your profile page in the app or on the website; upon deletion, we immediately anonymize your personal data (email, name, phone, invoice details) and unbind linked devices. The account cannot be restored, and remaining data is purged per the retention period.
Article 6 Cookies
This Service uses necessary cookies (to maintain login state) and analytics cookies (anonymized usage statistics). A cookie consent management mechanism will be launched later.
Article 7 Data Security
This Service protects personal data using HTTPS encrypted transmission and least-privilege access controls. In the event of a data breach, this Service will notify affected users and the competent authorities within the timeframe required by law.
