Article 1 Service Description
VeloFlow.AI (the "Service") is provided by Lightyear Booster Technology Co., Ltd., offering AI video generation and Shopee affiliate commission management. The domain is aiveloflow.com. The Service is currently in closed beta; features and terms are subject to change at any time.
Article 2 Account Registration
Users register via OAuth (e.g., Google) and must pass approval before accessing core functions. Accounts are non-transferable. When using Shopee affiliate-related features, users must also comply with Shopee's affiliate program terms.
Article 3 Content Rights
Materials uploaded by users, such as product images and product links, are licensed to this Service for use within the scope of providing AI video generation, auto-publishing, and related services. Copyright in AI-generated video content belongs to the user, but this Service retains the right to use such content for aggregate statistics and model improvement.
Article 4 Affiliate Commissions
Commission amounts are based on the actual settlement between Shopee's affiliate program and the user. Payout methods will be announced separately when the payment module launches. Refund policy is handled manually by this Service via its operations backend.
Article 5 Prohibited Conduct
Users may not engage in the following: (1) violating the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan); (2) fraud, money laundering, or misleading consumers; (3) interfering with the normal operation of this Service; (4) violating Shopee's affiliate program terms. Violators may have their accounts suspended immediately, and this Service reserves the right to pursue legal action.
Article 6 Service Changes and Termination
This Service may revise these Terms and announce changes on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance. This Service may suspend or close an account if the user violates these Terms, has been inactive for an extended period, or due to business adjustments.
Article 7 Disclaimer
This Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. This Service makes no warranty as to the accuracy or commercial effectiveness of AI-generated content. This Service assumes no liability for losses caused by changes to Shopee platform policies.
Article 8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of a dispute, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, shall be the court of first instance.
