The Shopee Affiliate Program is Shopee's official affiliate programme. Creators, influencers and sellers share Shopee product links on their social channels or in Shopee Videos, and earn a commission when someone buys through those links. There is no inventory to hold and no shipping to handle: Shopee and the seller take care of the order.
Who can join the Shopee Affiliate Program?
Each Shopee country sets its own criteria. For the Philippines, Shopee lists two:
- You must be based in the Philippines.
- You must have at least one post in the last 14 calendar days on any social media platform.
Sellers can join too, as long as they also create content and meet the criteria. In Malaysia and Singapore, check the criteria in your local Shopee Affiliate help centre before you apply.
How do you sign up for the Shopee Affiliate Program?
These are the steps Shopee Philippines publishes; Malaysia and Singapore follow their own local sign-up flow.
- Go to your country's Shopee Affiliate Program website and log in with your Shopee account
- Choose the Individual account type, fill in your details and verify your email
- Add the URL of your main social media account (and up to 9 other links) and choose the categories you will promote
- Select Blogger/Social Media as the partner type, review the terms and submit
How long does approval take?
Shopee Philippines says review usually takes around 30 business days, longer when many people apply. If you are rejected, check the criteria again before you resubmit, and keep to a single account: Shopee states that multiple accounts are not allowed and can get an affiliate account frozen.
How does Shopee Affiliate commission work?
You earn a percentage of each qualifying sale. The rate depends on the country, the product category and the campaigns running at the time, and many sellers add extra commission on top to attract affiliates. Because rates change, use two official sources rather than lists on other websites: your affiliate dashboard, and your country's "Shopee Affiliate Commission Rates" page in the Shopee Affiliate help centre.
